David Stollman
Co-Founder & President
After graduating from the University of Maryland, he started teaching fraternities how to recruit while working for the North American Interfraternity Conference. Campuses kept asking him to come back so he created Recruitment Boot Camp. In the past 20 years David has spoken on more than 600 campuses across North America. David is the co-founder of CAMPUSPEAK, an award-winning speakers agency and HazingPrevention.org. A member of Sigma Phi Epsilon, David has won numerous awards for his work with fraternities including being honored as the first non-member to win a national award from SAE – the Order of Interfraternal Leadership.
Tom Healy
Co-Founder & CEO
Tom is a graduate of Ohio University, with degrees in Marketing, Management & Strategic Leadership. For almost a decade, he has guided the efforts of LaunchPoint in successfully training hundreds of chapters and thousands of undergraduates. Tom has consulted for a wide range of organizations including national non-profits, the United States Navy, the Harvard Medical School, industry trade associations and Fortunate 100 companies. Tom has published three books and developed impactful content across a variety of platforms – his ultimate passion is helping students and young professionals reach their extraordinary leadership potential.
Christina Witkowicki
Partner + Chief Learning Officer
As a member of Alpha Xi Delta from the University of New Hampshire, Christina truly believes in the vision of helping others to ‘realize their potential’. Working with fraternal organizations as both a campus professional and chapter advisor, she uses the knowledge she gains from one to inform her work in the other. After receiving her M.Ed in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Salem State University, Christina worked in many areas in addition to Fraternity & Sorority Life including Residential Life and Student Activities with extensive experience in Title IX, judicial affairs, crisis response, and strategic planning. Christina completed her Ed.D in Higher Education Administration from the George Washington University studying gender role norms and leadership style development in college men.
Roseanne Healy
Vice President - Operations
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Roseanne has held management positions in Hewlett-Packard and GENCO before joining LaunchPoint in April 2017 as the Director of Operations. Roseanne keeps LaunchPoint extremely well organized so that our partners receive exceptional service at all times, including contracting a project, having questions quickly answered, seamlessly on-boarding online learning users onto our platform, providing detailed metrics on user learning to our partners and much more.
